Policy

Thank you for choosing Rhonda’s Hair Studio.  Here are a few guidelines to follow before booking.  

PAYMENTS

All appointments will be required to pay a $50 deposit. Deposit goes towards your service total. Deposit are non-refundable and non-transferable. Remaining balance due day of service with cash or zelle only! 

CANCELLATIONS

 You must cancel your appointment at least 24hrs prior to your appointment time to prevent being charger the full price. Deposit are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

RUNNING LATE 

A $25 fee will be applied for arrivals more than 10 minutes late.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. 

SALON RULES

Please No Food! Drinks are welcomed.

No kids allowed at the salon, no exception!

Space is limited. therefore extra guest cannot be accommodated unless they're being service. If you bring extra guest with you, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. 

Detangle Hair Before Arrival

Please detangle your hair before arrival. If you just took down braids, sew-ins, and etc  please comb out and detangle your hair before your appointment. If your hair is not detangled ,  your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. 

EXTENSIONS 

All Extension services at Rhonda's Hair Studio will exclusively use hair provided by me. No outside hair will be accepted, no exceptions. Clients hair must have a minimum of 6 inches natural hair to ensure proper braid down and coverage for leave-out.

SILK PRESS

For all silk press appointments, hair must be 6 inches or longer no exceptions. If your hair do not meet length requirement, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will l be forfeited.
