Booking Policies

Thank you for choosing Rhonda’s Hair Studio.  Here are a few guidelines to follow before booking.  

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service balance. All  deposit are non-refundable. Remaining balance is due on day of appointment via cash or zelle only.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. As a courtesy, clients are allowed one complimentary reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice. 

Your original deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment date within 30 days of your originally scheduled appointment, subject to availability. Any additional rescheduling will require a new $50 deposit.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 

RUNNING LATE 

Please notify us as soon as possible if you are running late. We value your time and strive to begin every appointment promptly.

A $15 late fee will apply after 15 minutes. Appointments may be canceled after 20 minutes, resulting in forfeiture of your deposit.

SALON RULES

Please No Food! Drinks are welcomed.

No kids allowed at the salon, no exception!

Space is limited. therefore extra guest cannot be accommodated unless they're being service. If you bring extra guest with you, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. 

Detangle Hair Before Arrival

Please detangle your hair before arrival. If you just took down braids, sew-ins, and etc  please comb out and detangle your hair before your appointment. If your hair is not detangled ,  your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. 

EXTENSIONS 

Clients are welcome to provide their own hair extensions; however, all outside hair must be approved by Rhonda prior to your appointment.

Hair extensions must meet our quality standards to ensure the best results. Please contact us before purchasing or booking to confirm approval.

Clients must have a minimum of 6 inches of natural hair to ensure proper braid-down and coverage for leave-out.

Unapproved hair extensions will not be installed.

SILK PRESS

For all silk press appointments, hair must be 6 inches or longer no exceptions. If your hair do not meet length requirement, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will l be forfeited.
